Con Azúcar Café x Cave Social | Social Media Proposal

Social Media Proposal
for Con Azúcar

A social program built in 90-day sprints to make Con Azúcar the coffee LA knows by name. It starts in Sylmar and is built to carry all 200 stores.

Store 1 is open in Sylmar. Store 2, the drive-thru, is under construction. 198 to go across LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

Three packages. We recommend Growth.

Growth is two shoots a quarter, 48 finished pieces, and your channels fully run by our team. Your first 90-day sprint is the test, built around one number: weekly sales per store. If it moves Sylmar, it becomes the system every new store plugs into.

Essentials

$22,500per quarter ($7,500 a month)

  • 1 content shoot per quarter
  • 36 pieces: 12 short-form videos and 24 photos or stories
  • Scheduling and posting

Recommended

Growth

$32,550per quarter ($10,850 a month)

  • 2 content shoots per quarter
  • 48 pieces: 24 short-form videos and 24 photos or stories
  • Community management, Monday to Friday, comments and DMs

Scale

$47,550per quarter ($15,850 a month)

  • 4 content shoots per quarter
  • 84 pieces: 36 short-form videos and 48 photos or stories
  • Community management, Monday to Friday, comments and DMs

Every package includes

  • Full production: concepts, scripts, casting, filming, and editing, shot inside your stores
  • Strategy, content pillars, and monthly content briefs for your approval
  • Hook variations on every video
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube brand accounts
  • An Instagram for every location, set up by us and run by store staff we train
  • Geo-targeted boosts around every open store
  • A social-only offer, tracked at the register
  • Weekly call with your team, monthly performance report, quarterly review

90-day sprints, billed at the start of each quarter. Boost spend (recommended $1,000 a month to start) and casted talent are billed direct at cost, no markup. Full paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok can be added to any package once you set an ad budget.

The product works. Most of LA hasn't found it yet.

Sylmar was cash-flow positive inside five months, and nine out of ten walk-ins say they found you on TikTok. That is the proof and the problem in one sentence. The distance between $25,000 a week and $50,000 a week per store is how many people within a few miles know the store exists.

2xweekly sales per store, the target
200stores in 7 to 10 years

Tierra Mía spent 18 years getting to roughly 20 stores. La La Land owns the premium aesthetic. Dutch Bros owns the drive-thru. Nobody owns the everyday Mexican café with a drive-thru window, priced for a 19-year-old. That lane is open, and the brand that gets loud in it first gets to keep it.

Two layers: a brand all of LA knows, and stores each neighborhood claims.

The brand layer

What all of LA sees

Scripted skits, the menu, and cultural moments on TikTok and Instagram, aimed at Gen Z and millennials across LA County. This is what turns Con Azúcar from a store people stumble on into a name they already know when the next location opens.

The store layer

What the neighborhood sees

  • Its own Instagram, run by the store team
  • Top posts boosted within 5 miles of each open store
  • Content with nearby high schools and colleges
  • Collabs with local Latino-owned businesses
  • The social-only offer, redeemed at the register

Every store gets its own Instagram. Your team runs it.

The people behind the counter know the regulars, the 7am line, and the high school down the street. We set each store up to post like it, and teach the team to keep it going.

  • Setup

We build each location's account: handle, bio, highlights, location tags, and post templates that match the brand.

  • Training

An on-site session with the store manager and shift leads. What to post and when, shooting on a phone, the brand voice, replying to comments and DMs, and what gets sent up to your team.

  • Content supply

Every shoot day feeds a shared library. Store accounts repost brand content and add their own, so no feed ever goes quiet.

  • Monthly review

We audit every store account, send notes to the manager, and boost the best local posts.

Why it matters at 200 stores: no agency can post for every location by hand. A trained team with a playbook can, and the brand stays consistent from Sylmar to the Inland Empire.

Four kinds of content, all shot inside your stores.

The menu Starbucks doesn't have

Mazapán lattes, café de olla, pepino con limón, fresas con crema. First-sip reactions, taste tests, and ranking the whole menu. We run the same taste-test format for Fresh Cravings on TikTok.

Scripted skits

Written for TikTok, cast with real actors, and built around moments every Con Azúcar customer recognizes. The format that turns a café into an inside joke people bring their friends to.

The neighborhood

Regulars, baristas, the 7am drive-thru line, and the businesses next door. Store-level and geo-tagged, so the people closest to the store see it first.

The offer

One ownable, social-only offer that Gen Z orders by name. Think Chili's Triple Dipper. Every redemption runs through a code at the register, so we know exactly which posts put people in line.

Cultural moments run through all four: Día de los Muertos, the holidays, Rosca de Reyes season, back to school.

The first 90 days on Growth.

  1. Week of Oct 12
    Kickoff

Account access, brand assets, and your Notion client portal. Strategy, pillars, and the first content brief approved. Sylmar's Instagram set up.

  2. Week of Oct 19
    First shoot in Sylmar

Six weeks of content captured in one day, ahead of Día de los Muertos. Store team trained on site the same week.

  3. Early November
    Live

First content posts. Geo-boosts and the offer launch alongside it.

  4. Early December
    Second shoot

Holiday and Rosca de Reyes season content, plus the drive-thru if it has opened.

  5. Mid-December
    60-day read

Which posts, offers, and boost radiuses moved weekly sales, and what gets cut. First full review of the store account.

  6. Mid-January
    Sprint review

Results against the target, the plan for sprint two, and the rollout for store 2 onward.

Store 2 through 200.

Every new opening gets its own launch playbook: a store Instagram set up and the team trained before opening day, coming-soon content in the neighborhood, local creator visits, a grand opening built for the feed, and geo-boosts through the store's first 90 days. We scope it at the sprint review and price it per opening, so the program grows when your store count grows, not before.

The drive-thru is covered inside the first sprint if it opens in the first 90 days. You asked for an agency that can grow alongside the company. This is how that works in practice.

How we'll know it's working.

Weekly sales per store
Read from your Toast data against our posting and boost calendar. This is the number that decides scale.
Offer redemptions
Every social-only code redeemed at the register, by store and by post.
Local reach
How many people inside each store's radius saw Con Azúcar this month.
Saves, shares, and follows
The signals that content is building a brand, not just collecting views.

You see the misses as fast as the wins. Monthly analytics, a quarterly strategy review, and every piece of work visible in your Notion portal as it moves.

Now picture it in Sylmar.

One store, one shoot day, a script, and a cast. That is six weeks of feed. Here is what each format becomes for Con Azúcar, shown with work we already have in market.
