We took the messaging away from product features and pricing toward lifestyle and product outcomes. By creating a more compelling story on social media we were able to see purchases increase.
For our ad strategy we created a funnel strategy where cold audiences would see an anthem video, then depending on their watch rate would be retargeted with other assets.

Through vigorous testing and dozens of ad variations we saw found we could drive lead + sales volume for the DTC side of hellowater. In 180-days we were able to increase sales by 20% online, increasing subscriptions by 11%. This increase in subscriptions/repeat buyers drastically helped hellowater’s margins on repeat business.
Alongside the paid media strategy we were able to grow the company’s footprint through using Instagram Reels + TikTok.
