The opportunity
Walmart launches July 3 across Central Florida. You have the only mushroom coffee in the coffee & tea set — not buried in supplements, not an add-in, not a brewed infusion. Actual mushroom coffee. In the actual coffee aisle.
The product sells itself once it’s in someone’s hand — a 70% rebuy rate proves that. The problem Walmart creates is that you can’t sample your way in. You need liquid to lips at scale, and the only way to do that before shoppers hit the aisle is through the phone in their pocket.

The play
Geo-fence every Walmart in the Central Florida footprint within a 10-mile radius. Layer interest targeting — yoga, clean energy, functional wellness, Four Sigmatic buyers, supplement adjacencies. A shopper sees Stir in their feed on Monday, sees a taste-test reaction on Wednesday, walks into the Orlando Walmart on Saturday and picks up the one mushroom coffee on the coffee shelf. Three touches, one cart.
